Dr. Tamir Mosharrafa graduated with honors from the University of Texas in Austin. He then received his medical training at the prestigious Baylor College of Medicine in Houston, Texas. After graduating, he completed his General Surgery and Plastic Surgery residencies at the University of Kentucky and spent an additional year training in Hand and Microvascular Surgery at the world-renowned Christine M. Kleinert Institute in Louisville.

Dr. Mosharrafa established his private practice in Phoenix in 2004. He has been appointed a clinical faculty position teaching surgical residents as part of the Phoenix Integrated Surgical Residency Program.

Dr. Mosharrafa is board certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgeons and is a member of the American Society of Plastic Surgeons. His particular areas of expertise include breast surgery, body contouring and facial rejuvenation.
