Congratulations to one of Phoenix 's best! Dr. Tamir Mosharrafa was voted by his colleagues as a "TOP DOC" for 2009. In this survey, more through 5,000 valley physicians were randomly selected by the magazine to nominate the "best of the best" in their field of medical expertise. The theory is that medical professionals are best qualified to judge other medical professionals.
